As an Accounting Administrator, you will be an essential member of the finance team at our offices, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the company by ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant accounting management, supporting administrative processes, and safeguarding proper financial control across the organization. ### **Your responsibilities include:** * **Customer Invoicing:** Prepare, record, and organize invoices according to internal administrative procedures and applicable legal requirements. Process credit notes and manage corresponding collections. * **Supplier Invoicing:** Manage received purchase invoices, record and organize them while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Handle credit notes and execute payments accurately and punctually. * **Bank Reconciliation:** Regularly monitor bank account status, verifying that no discrepancies exist between recorded transactions and actual receipts, expenditures, collections, and payments. * **Tax Filings:** Process relevant tax and fiscal obligations in accordance with current regulations. * **Control and Continuous Improvement:** Consistently seek opportunities to improve administrative and accounting processes, contributing to departmental operational efficiency. ### **What we are looking for:** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in accounting roles. * Education in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of accounting principles and handling of financial documentation. * Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Advanced level of English.
