To expand our commercial teams in **Spain \- Madrid and Barcelona \-**, we are seeking individuals to join our paid internship program for recent graduates, offering the **possibility of a full-time internship placement.** **Key responsibilities include providing direct support to the sales team in:** * Preparing **quotations (quotes)** for products and services related to the business area. * **Processing customer orders** and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Working on **contract renewals** with existing customers. * Maintaining constant communication with the sales team to coordinate **offers and business opportunities**. * Interacting with **partners** and keeping them informed about ongoing offers. * Using tools such as **SAP, Software Store, QMT, Excel (daily control sheet), Teams, and Email** to carry out daily tasks. * Managing the installed base of partners and conducting telemarketing activities to identify new partners. * Documenting and recording relevant data in control sheets for reporting and analysis. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Interest and passion for technology.** * Motivation and eagerness to learn and perform new tasks. * Being a **highly organized individual**, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Interest in participating in online manufacturer trainings to enhance **technical knowledge.** * Good level of English; Portuguese knowledge is desirable. * Being **proactive** and possessing effective communication skills to work collaboratively with teams, customers, and partners. **What We Offer:** * **Practical training** delivered by our professional teams: You’ll be an integral part of the team! * **Specialized theoretical training**, provided by prestigious institutions in Spain—fully funded by TD SYNNEX! * **Monthly compensation of €1,000.** * **One-year internship:** A six-month internship agreement, extendable by another six months, with potential for permanent employment. **And last but not least:** * You’ll work in an international environment for a **Fortune Top 100 and Great Place to Work** organization. * We are an organization that takes our values seriously and places sincere emphasis on diversity and inclusion. * An organization where humor and fun are highly valued.
