This role will be pivotal in ensuring a flawless technical platform, reducing response times and operational costs, while enabling advanced on-premise tools for our AI initiatives and stress-testing efforts. **About the role** ================ You’ll be the cornerstone of our AWS infrastructure, guaranteeing performance, security, and efficiency so that our product and technical team can grow without limits. A highly autonomous and responsible role, focused on building a solid and sustainable technical foundation upon which to scale the business. **What you’ll do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)** ========================================================= * **Infrastructure Optimization:** Refine and scale our microservices architecture on AWS, ensuring high availability and resilience. * **Financial Efficiency (FinOps):** Analyze and implement cloud cost-reduction strategies without compromising performance. * **Performance and Latency:** Identify bottlenecks in network and service load to improve end-user experience. * **Security and Compliance:** Implement security best practices (IAM, VPC, encryption, vulnerability scanning) across the entire software lifecycle. * **CI/CD Automation:** Evolve our deployment pipelines to make them faster, safer, and more predictable. * **On-Premise Infrastructure & AI:** Configure and maintain dedicated on-premise servers for stress testing and deployment of custom AI models.
