DESCRIPTION As part of Eosol Group’s expansion, we are looking for an **ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT** with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. We seek a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. Integrating BIM methodology into our projects is essential; therefore, experience and expertise in this area will be highly valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage the execution of electrical projects, from the design phase through to final delivery. * Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper implementation of works. * Monitor adherence to execution timelines and optimize resource utilization. * Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and descriptive reports. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on-site. * Manage project financial aspects, including budget preparation and cost control. * Implement and supervise the use of BIM methodology in assigned projects. * Track and resolve incidents and deviations arising during construction execution. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with clients, engineering firms, and other project stakeholders. * Participate in progress monitoring and project status presentation meetings. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in construction site management of electrical projects. * Solid knowledge and experience applying BIM methodology. * Ability to independently manage teams and projects. * Familiarity with current electrical and construction regulations. * Proficiency in project design and management software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to travel and/or reside near project sites if required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). * Experience in renewable energy or industrial installations. * Additional training in project management or agile methodologies. * Advanced level of English At Eosol Group, we invest in our employees’ professional development and offer a dynamic, challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and participation in innovative projects.
