Position Summary: Tragsatec is looking for a Support Technician in document management for hydrological applications to review and manage documentation in administrative procedures. Review of documents according to Regulation 39/2015 and the Water Act **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Document Management Support Technician for Hydrological Applications (Zaragoza) in Zaragoza. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review of documentary references and procedures in administrative processes within the Integra system * Review of existing templates in the Integra system * Standardization of duplicate templates / removal of obsolete templates * Proposal of new templates in the IntegraNext system * Review of documents and procedures in accordance with Regulation 39/2015, the Water Act, and other applicable regulations. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, supporting documents for the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or extensive professional and/or academic experience relevant to the position offered and/or its functions. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training related to the Water Act and/or Law 39/2015 ### **Previous Experience** * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in document management tasks related to administrative procedures governed by the Water Act (professional and/or academic) * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience with enterprise information systems in a professional context (professional experience only) * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience working in the public sector (professional and/or academic) **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 20/02/2026, until 25/02/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months is offered, linked to the execution of the assignment described in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
