The selected candidate will be responsible for **participating in software development processes according to established guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with architectural and technological requirements regarding deadlines, quality, and cost.** **What will you do? Your main responsibilities will be:** * First-level technical support for applications and software environments. * Incident management, tracking, and resolution using ticketing tools. * Analysis and correction of software defects. * Participation in evolutionary development and technical improvements. * Java programming and maintenance. * SQL database queries and administration. * Support during deployments, roll\-outs, and implementations. * Technical documentation of incidents and solutions. * Escalation of incidents to specialized teams when required. * Occasional client contact for technical support and follow-up. **Benefits you’ll enjoy at your workplace**: * **Direct, permanent employment contract** with the end client. * **Stable project, permanent contract.** * **Hybrid model:** 3.5 days of remote work per week. * **Flexible working hours** (Monday to Friday, either 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00\). ### **Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * **Technical requirements:** \- Object-oriented programming skills \- **JAVA** * Linux * Basic networking knowledge \- Experience with relational databases \- **SQL** * Knowledge of Oracle, C/C\+\+, Hibernate, JMS, OSGi, Eclipse (DESIRABLE) * **Competencies:** Strong willingness to learn * **Languages****:** Minimum B1 level English; German is a plus. * **Willingness to travel** * **Availability for on-call duties** (approximately 1 per week starting from year one) REQUIREMENTS **Technical requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Object-oriented programming skills in **Java**. * Knowledge of **Linux**. * Relational databases and **SQL**. * Basic networking concepts. * Experience or knowledge in IT technical support / incident handling. * **Languages****:** Minimum B1 level English; German is a plus. * **Willingness to travel** * **Availability for on-call duties** (approximately 1 per week starting from year one) **** **Desirable** * Oracle. * C / C\+\+. * Hibernate. * JMS. * OSGi. * Eclipse. * German.
