You will be the first point of contact with our clients, making your role fundamental. Your main responsibilities will be: Answering calls from customers interested in aesthetic treatments. Addressing inquiries, providing friendly advice, and building trust. Managing schedules and coordinating medical appointments. Following communication scripts and recording all interactions in our CRM (AmoCRM). Supporting follow-up campaigns and promotions. Experience: 2 years. Candidate profile we seek: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or telephone sales. Excellent spoken and written Spanish. Proficiency in computer use, CRM systems, and tools such as Excel. Organized, empathetic, and results-oriented individual. Additional languages such as Russian or English are considered an advantage. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (25 hours per week) * Monthly gross salary ranging from '800' to '1000'
