Braun is seeking a Central Technical Services Technical Assistant to cover a maternity leave position. **Responsibilities:** Management of notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, and route sheets in SAP PM Technical\-administrative closure of work orders and quality control thereof User support for operational incident management related to maintenance Maintenance and updating of master data (equipment, technical locations, and associated documentation) Ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems Management of maintenance purchase orders, goods receipts (MIGO), and administrative validation of invoices Administrative support in tracking maintenance contracts **Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration Advanced level of English At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role High proficiency in Microsoft Office Adaptability and flexibility Ability to resolve incidents and work effectively in a team **We offer:** Annual gross salary starting from 40\.500 €, adjusted according to the candidate’s profile and experience.
