This could be your next step.** At Galvacolor, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Mechanical Maintenance Engineer** in Jerez de los Caballeros. You will be a key player in ensuring that our production processes operate efficiently, safely, and continuously, directly contributing to the overall plant performance. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Control preventive maintenance plans and resolve breakdowns. * Daily follow-up of corrective orders generated via CMMS. * Verify spare parts and submit material requests. * Schedule plant shutdowns. * Inspect and supervise work during scheduled shutdowns; perform daily line inspections and implement improvements. * Provide telephone and in-person support to shift-based maintenance staff. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality). * Understand and apply the integrated quality policy, as well as established safety and quality standards. * Prepare technical documentation and reports. **What are we looking for in you?** * Industrial Technical Engineering degree, specialization in Mechanics or related field. * English (desirable). * Knowledge of technical software (CAD, maintenance management, SAP, etc.) (desirable). * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Prior experience is desirable; however, highly motivated junior profiles open to learning and development will also be considered. **What do we offer?** * Stable, growing project. * Continuous training and professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Job stability and long-term project. * Competitive terms aligned with the candidate's experience. **Do you see yourself taking on this challenge?** If you want to join an evolving industrial project and grow with us, we want to meet you.
