Strategic collaboration with business and product teams DESCRIPTION We require an **Artificial Intelligence (AI) Application Engineer**, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, to work remotely on strategic projects for a Spanish multinational. **Responsibilities:** * **Design and Development:** Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications incorporating AI models to solve real business or end-user problems. * **System Integration:** Integrate AI models (Machine Learning and generative AI) into APIs, backend services, or web applications. * **Strategic Collaboration:** Collaborate with business and product teams to translate functional requirements into high-impact technical solutions. * **Lifecycle Management (MLOps):** Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production, ensuring performance optimization, cost efficiency, and user experience. * **Standardization:** Document technical solutions and establish best practices for development and architecture. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00 \- 09:00 to 17:00 \- 18:00, Fri and summer 08:00 to 15:00 * Fully remote work mode * Professional development * Job stability. * Salary: Open \+ access to flexible compensation. REQUIREMENTS * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of software development experience with specialization in production-oriented AI applications. * **Programming:** Solid proficiency in Python and advanced Git usage (adherence to development best practices). * **Generative AI:** Practical knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering, plus foundational Machine Learning. * **Tools and Ecosystem:** Demonstrable experience integrating models via LangChain, OpenAI API, and Azure AI. * **MLOps:** Knowledge of CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning. * **Data and Infrastructure:** Experience with vector databases and knowledge of MCP servers. * **Cloud:** Technical experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
