Working in a highly technological and innovative environment ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by incorporating a Python Consultant to join one of our most important public-sector clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Providing consulting and development services for AI solutions within the functional context of public administration, with a strong emphasis on advanced technology and innovation. * Project management, including preparation, monitoring, and updating of project plans. * Managing your own team and liaising with other teams to manage expectations, gather requirements, and present results. * Coordinating and supervising all deliverables and technical tasks required within the scope of the service, including: + Coordination with other system owners across the ecosystem where the platform will be deployed. + Identification of opportunities to leverage information through artificial intelligence. + Support in defining and analyzing information systems related to artificial intelligence. + Definition and implementation of processes related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). + Market analysis of platforms and systems related to AI, client-specific adaptation, and definition of architectures and systems—whether on-premises, cloud-based, or hybrid infrastructures. * Data ingestion from all types of sources, methods, and structures. * Development of data analysis strategies. * Preparation of documentation covering analysis, design, and development (e.g., user manuals, test plans, requirement traceability) for projects under this service, including logical and physical data models. * Monitoring compliance with methodological and security standards, ensuring adherence to application security standards during software development. Supporting teams in resolving vulnerabilities. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum of 7 years’ overall experience in IT projects. * Minimum of 5 years’ specific experience in IT projects performing technological consulting, analysis, design, and development of information systems based on large-volume data processing or artificial intelligence. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing technical consulting in Python and developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask, with OpenAPI or Swagger documentation, in CI/CD environments featuring pipelines in Airflow, Kubeflow, or Prefect, containerized with Docker and deployed on Kubernetes. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL databases, as well as asynchronous queuing systems such as Celery or Redis, and structured logging. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in IT projects performing container orchestration, Kubernetes cluster management, and observability infrastructure setup. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in IT projects performing administration and querying of vector databases. **Where would we like you to be located for this position?** This role will be performed at the client’s offices located at Calle Enrique Granados 6, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, under a hybrid work model. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours: 8 hours Monday–Thursday and 7 hours on Friday.
