At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are recruiting a **Technical Project Manager** to participate in a **technological innovation project** located in **Barcelona**. If selected, your mission will be to bring execution structure and discipline to Lab projects—translating complex initiatives into clear action plans—and to coordinate work across engineering, product, and business teams. What will your key responsibilities be? * Structure innovation initiatives into well-defined project phases, milestones, and deliverables. * Apply planning and execution-tracking discipline to Lab projects without hindering experimentation. * Coordinate work among engineering, product, and business stakeholders. * Maintain clear visibility into progress, blockers, dependencies, and timelines. * Translate complex initiatives into structured project plans that teams can follow. * Support and monitor execution using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar platforms. * Help define practical workflows and project structures tailored to innovation environments. * Prepare project status updates and execution reports for leadership. * Ensure projects maintain momentum, clarity, and accountability. To succeed in this role, what do you need? * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (ADE), or Finance (preferred) * Experience: 5–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or technical IT project coordination * Languages: Very high level of English (C1/C2\), as you will work in an international environment. * Technical Skills: o Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technology and business. o Mindset oriented toward project planning and execution. o Ability to break down complex initiatives into clear steps and timeframes. o Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum is a plus). o Advanced experience with tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise. o Comfort understanding technical discussions and translating them into structured plans.
