We are currently looking for **a Systems Engineer** for a major client. This is a stable, long-term position with a major international client. Responsibilities: As part of the Systems Engineering team, the selected candidate will carry out the following responsibilities, among others: * Implement the **requirements quality verification process** using Requirements Quality Suite (RQS). * Manage and verify requirements, supporting the definition of **requirement traceability**. * Develop and maintain **dashboards** for the systems engineering team. * Interface management. * Development of relevant documentation. * Development and maintenance of tracking tools at each project phase. * Creation of projects in the IBM Rational DOORS database for contract management. * Support technical staff in identifying and propagating received requirements. * Support technical staff in improving requirement quality. * Import technical specifications developed by technical staff in MS Word into DOORS. * Participate in contract kick-off meetings to explain to suppliers how requirements are managed within the DOORS infrastructure. * Support suppliers in using the DOORS infrastructure. * Support technical staff in requirement validation tasks. * Analyze the impact of requirement changes. * Draft reports to track the status of requirement management for a contract. * Contribute to improving requirement management procedures. * Specify enhancements to the DOORS infrastructure and support the development team in testing and production deployment. * Write user manuals. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology Essential skills: * English: minimum B2\. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Ability to draft technical documents in English. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to focus on priorities and organize work, as well as to complete tasks on time and to the agreed standard. * IBM Rational DOORS * Service-oriented attitude. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact with Client representatives. Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer is mandatory. Experience will be verified. Experience in **systems requirements management and verification**, particularly for complex systems (aerospace, defense, industrial). Proficiency with requirements databases in tools such as IBM **Rational DOORS**. Experience with tools and procedures for generating metrics and reports related to requirements management. Support for other project teams. Knowledge and experience in **configuration management**. Experience developing procedures and policies. Experience with project management methodologies.
