Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for construction management and supervision, ensuring quality, proper execution, and adherence to deadlines, along with health and safety coordination and economic control. Economic Control of the Construction Project A company located in Santa Margarida i els Monjos is looking for a building surveyor, technical architect, or civil engineer specializing in construction to perform construction management tasks. A university degree in building surveying, technical architecture, or civil engineering is required, as well as availability for business travel and site visits. A valid driver's license and 60-hour PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training for construction are mandatory. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30, including statutory breaks. Gross monthly salary is EUR 1973, paid in 14 installments. Construction management and supervision, ensuring the quality of materials used, correct execution of works, and compliance with established deadlines. Occupational health and safety coordination during construction execution, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Economic control of the construction project, including cost monitoring, budget management, and validation of work certifications.
