We are offering a job position as SURVEYOR/BUILDING ENGINEER for a construction and modular construction company in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). We are looking for a surveyor or building engineer to join our team and assist in the management and development of projects. Main responsibilities: \- Preparation and review of budgets and measurements. \- Site management and coordination of execution at factory and construction sites. \- Quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines. \- Support in preparing technical documentation for tenders and projects. \- Direct interaction with clients, suppliers, public administration, etc. REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. \- Knowledge of current regulations in the construction sector. \- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Previous experience in a similar sector will be valued.
