The SENIORS elderly care residence network is an organization within the Clariane Group. The Residences of our Group have always been characterized by high technical standards and teamwork, based on closeness and humane treatment provided to residents and their families, as well as participation in Health Programs, Disease Prevention and Rehabilitation. Currently, we are seeking a nurse to join our SENIORS center located in the town of Facinas. Your main responsibilities will be: Monitor and attend to users' general human and healthcare needs, especially when they require your services. Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, specifically treatments. Take blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Assist doctors by preparing materials and medications to be used. Organize clinical records and record data related to your own duties that must be documented. Attend to bedridden users due to illness, performing prescribed postural changes, monitoring meal service to patients, and directly providing feeding to those patients requiring instrumentalization (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). Monitor users' personal hygiene, as well as the medications and food they have in their rooms. Address healthcare needs of the staff working at the center that fall within your responsibilities. Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities, the level of qualification for which is compatible with your ATS/DUE qualification, whenever your specific duties allow it. Place pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders in centers where no specialist is available. Supervise and ensure the execution of physical therapy activities prescribed by the doctor, observing any incidents that may arise during their implementation. In general, all other unspecified activities requested that relate to the above.
