Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** * Support and supervision: In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, you will assume the responsibilities of your immediate superior. Maintain the proper condition of equipment, materials, systems, and facilities by executing activities and services outlined in the maintenance plan, ensuring compliance and coordination of preventive, predictive, scheduled inspections, and legal maintenance. Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. Assist in managing available human resources by scheduling shifts, vacations, sick leaves, and new hires. Assist in supervising maintenance expenses and budgets. Supervise spare parts and replacement equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Execution and monitoring: Plan, execute, and complete maintenance services according to the conditions specified in the maintenance plan. Keep maintenance records. Follow guidelines established by hotel management regarding corrective actions and work order management. Monitor and manage energy consumption according to instructions from the Energy Department. Monitor segregation of urban-like waste. Monitor segregation of hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations. * Training and improvement: Contribute to the training and development of team members according to the methodology established by Human Resources, as well as participate in defined measures for their professional growth. * Control and quality: Comply with and enforce organizational quality, safety, and health standards. Maintain and ensure respectful, orderly, and clean conduct across all areas of the facility. Comply with operational control regulations established by the organization. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this role if…** Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Advanced). Vocational Training I/II and/or Medium/Higher Level Vocational Certificates in Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance, and/or Energy and Water. Maintenance Management Certificate (CMMI) is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 2nd Maintenance Manager or similar role in hotels, commercial buildings, or public residential facilities. English: B1 level. Other languages are advantageous. Proficiency in computerized management and office applications. Maintenance management software and facility control systems. Knowledge of current regulations and their application in hotels: REBT, RITE, Legionella, PRL, Gas. First aid. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
