Your role will involve communicating and aligning staff with established goals, as well as planning, coordinating, organizing, and managing services across all hotel outlets and their operations. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special focus on improving your language skills. **Your typical day will look like this…** * Communicate departmental objectives to dining room staff and review critical processes and area presentations through daily mini-meetings according to hotel standards. * Plan, organize, and coordinate service operations across all hotel outlets, including Room Service. * Participate in developing the gastronomic offerings for the different hotel outlets, or implement proposals provided by external consultants. * Prepare shift and vacation schedules for dining room staff according to occupancy forecasts and workforce planning tools. * Coordinate and manage the work team, supervising compliance with protocols established by Fuerte Group and ensuring a positive work environment. * Control and manage internal personnel administration processes in collaboration with the Human Resources Department. * Manage and monitor the budget assigned to your department. * Conduct inventories, manage, and control the availability of materials and/or products necessary for proper department functioning. * Monitor and supervise the use of department machinery and equipment maintenance, reporting any incidents. * Supervise and validate department purchase requests and place orders with the central supply unit (Economato). * Ensure and guarantee customer service is delivered according to Fuerte Group's protocols and standards. * Develop and implement strategies for sales optimization and customer satisfaction. * Handle and resolve any customer complaints and/or suggestions. * Manage, supervise, and control billing, cash collection, cash register reconciliation, and revenue settlement. * Prepare performance analysis reports for the different outlets and communicate findings to the relevant departments. * Control, manage, and verify charges in coordination with Reception. * Collaborate in monitoring and verifying canceled and/or modified charges. * Ensure implementation and compliance with the Operational Onboarding Manual. * Select, evaluate, and contribute to the training and development of dining room team members according to the methodology established by the Human Resources Department, as well as support the onboarding process. * Perform other duties within your scope as requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training Level I\-II / Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Restaurant Services, Restaurant Management, or equivalent. Desirable: training in Protocol and Customer Service in Hospitality, Hotel Business Management, and/or Enology. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role in 4\* or higher category hotels.
