Special attention to improving your language skills. **Your typical day will look like this...** * Develop, propose, and implement annual plans for professional advancement and development of management and employees. * Support the identification of training needs across departments and staff. * Advise on defining specific tests required during recruitment processes and participate in the selection of positions as requested by the Recruitment and Personnel Evaluation Manager. * Create and keep updated job function descriptions for all managerial roles shown in the company's organizational chart, as well as for all other positions within the company. * Be knowledgeable about laws and regulations governing labor law, occupational safety and health. * Assist in collecting and verifying monthly incidents for accurate payroll processing. * Prepare official personnel department documentation and timely submission to relevant authorities. * Ensure organization and recording of key statistical data related to personnel management and HR activities. * Guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data for all company employees. * Perform other duties within your area of responsibility as assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- **You're the ideal candidate if you have...** University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or similar. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention. Master’s degree in Talent Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. English level B2. Intermediate proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Advanced knowledge of computer tools and HR management systems.
