Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** Supervision and support: In the absence of the Maître, you will assume the responsibilities of your immediate supervisor. Communicate departmental objectives to dining room staff and review critical processes and area presentations through daily mini-meetings according to hotel standards. Coordinate and manage the work team, supervising compliance with protocols established by Fuerte Group and ensuring a positive work environment. Assist in conducting inventories, supervision and control of availability of materials and/or products required for proper department functioning. Supervise and validate department purchase requests. Execution and monitoring: Collaborate in planning, organizing and coordinating service operations across all dining outlets, including Room Service. Prepare shift and vacation schedules for dining room staff based on occupancy forecasts and staffing dimensioning tools. Control and manage internal personnel administration processes for your team in coordination with the Human Resources Department. Training and improvement: Support and assist the Maître to ensure customer service meets Fuerte Group’s protocols and standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with the Operational Onboarding Manual. Select, evaluate and assist in training and developing dining room team members according to the methodology established by Human Resources Management, as well as oversee the onboarding process. Control and quality: Manage and monitor the budget allocated to your department. Control and supervise the use of department equipment and its maintenance, reporting any incidents. Handle and resolve customer complaints and/or suggestions, forwarding information to the Maître. Assist in supervision and control of billing, payments, cash register reconciliation and revenue settlement. Assist in monitoring and verifying canceled and/or modified charges. Comply and enforce organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. Strategic participation: Support and collaborate with the Maître in initiatives aimed at improving sales and customer satisfaction. Monitor, manage and verify charges in coordination with Reception. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are the ideal candidate if…** Vocational Training Level I-II / Medium or Higher Degree in Restaurant Services, Restaurant Management or similar. Desirable: Training in Protocol and Customer Service in Restaurants, Hotel Business Management, or Enology. Minimum 3 years of experience in this role within 5* hotels.
