Contribution of ideas for new dishes We seek a candidate with prior kitchen experience, especially in preparing dishes on the grill. The primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality and proper presentation of each dish while consistently maintaining high culinary standards. In addition to food preparation, it is essential to maintain order and cleanliness in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. This also includes managing available ingredients to prevent stock shortages. Contributions of ideas for new dish development, as well as the ability to anticipate team and customer needs, will be highly valued. We seek someone capable of working effectively in a team, remaining calm during busy periods, and enjoying the fast-paced rhythm of a high-volume restaurant. This is a temporary position designed for the peak season at a restaurant located in Chiclana de la Frontera. Proven prior experience operating a grill in high-volume settings. Strong teamwork skills and agility under pressure. Minimum academic qualification required is "No formal education". Local residence or willingness to commute is preferred.
