Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** * Communicate departmental objectives established according to the hotel’s standards to the storekeeping staff. * Plan, supervise, and coordinate the work of your team, ensuring tasks are carried out according to established protocols and required quality criteria. * Prepare work shift and vacation schedules for the team under your responsibility. * Record purchase requests from different Departments in the system, as well as place orders with suppliers within the established framework. * Receive orders, manage and control all documentation generated during the process, as well as invoice registration and claims to suppliers when necessary. * Prepare and deliver received orders to the corresponding Department. * Record incidents related to supplier orders and provide reports to the Purchasing Department and the hotel Controller. * Supervise monthly inventories for all Departments. * Conduct inventories in collaboration with the involved Departments, recording data, analysis, and accounting results. * Prepare stock analysis, control, and management reports. * Check and carry out follow-up and traceability of products and/or goods. * Perform inventory checks in production cold rooms, recording entries and exits. * Record cash settlement, perform accounting and reconciliation, as well as coordinate with the cashier to resolve discrepancies. * Account for and record energy consumption in the hotel facilities. * Record, control, and manage waste disposals from all Departments. * Supervise and prepare control reports and records for guest invitations and customer service. * Control and record merchandise transfers in the system. * Carry out intercompany invoicing based on merchandise transfers between different establishments. * Hold weekly meetings with the Controller and monthly meetings with Department Heads. * Prepare forecasts of consumption reports. * Supervise, control, and ensure order and cleanliness in warehouses. * Support and collaborate in managing the POS systems at the hotel’s sales points. * Select, evaluate, and assist in training and developing members of the Storekeeping team according to the methodology established by the Human Resources Department, as well as manage the onboarding process. * Perform other duties within your area of competence requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with and enforce organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training / Medium or Higher Degree in Administration and Finance / Business Degree / Business Administration and Management or equivalent.
