Our goal is to support our customers at every step, providing them with the energy they need—efficiently and personally. **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing service stations or high-turnover businesses with public-facing operations. * Demonstrable experience in team leadership and coordination. * Proficiency in management and office software tools. * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Coordinate the workforce, ensure shift coverage, and supervise daily task execution. * Train staff on procedures, customer service, and station operations. * Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all station facilities and equipment. * Manage and analyze sales, margins, and commercial targets. * Place fuel and shop product orders, and manage inventory and stock levels. * Perform daily cash reconciliations, supervise cash audits, and process cash deposits. * Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring excellent service delivery. * Ensure overall station functionality in accordance with directives from Management. * Supervise compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations. * Analyze business KPIs and submit periodic reports to Management. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 1 year’s experience managing service stations or high-turnover businesses with public-facing operations. * Demonstrable experience in team leadership and coordination. * Proficiency in management and office software tools. * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Stable employment contract with a leading company in the sector. * Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts. * Fixed salary plus variable compensation based on performance targets. * Initial and ongoing training fully covered by the company. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth. ### **Nieves** Los Barrios (Algeciras) ### **How to Get There** Share this job posting
