




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced boiler operator to manage and supervise steam equipment in an industrial environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation. This is a temporary position with full-time commitment. The primary responsibility involves daily boiler operation, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant performance. To achieve this, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and water level are monitored and adjusted as necessary to maintain stable production and fuel efficiency. This role is critical to preventing plant shutdowns and requires strict adherence to procedures as well as constant vigilance to avoid issues. Daily responsibilities include periodic inspections to detect wear or failures in boiler components, as well as performing basic maintenance tasks. It is essential to record all operational data, consumption figures, and any incidents in the logbooks. In case of breakdowns or abnormal parameter readings, the operator must conduct an initial diagnosis, resolve issues within their scope of authority, and promptly notify the maintenance team to ensure rapid and safe repairs. Work strictly follows stringent safety and environmental protection regulations. The incumbent must be thoroughly familiar with boiler safety and alarm systems and always act in accordance with established protocols. The ability to read engineering drawings and diagrams is required, along with collaboration across departments—such as maintenance and production—to coordinate shutdowns, startups, and other operations affecting steam generation. The work environment is dynamic and may require shift work to ensure continuous facility operation. Proven prior experience in industrial boiler operation and maintenance is required. A formal technical qualification in fields such as mechanics, electricity, or industrial processes is mandatory, as is official certification for boiler operation. Knowledge of industrial safety, ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics, and familiarity with control and automation systems are highly desirable. Teamwork skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail are essential. Availability for shift work and flexible working hours is required.
