At Baxter, we are looking for a Lead Technician for the analytical method development area at our Sabiñánigo site, the gateway to the stunning Pyrenees, where quality of life meets natural beauty. Your main responsibility will be to lead and coordinate department tasks, supporting the laboratory manager for molecule development and applying your technical expertise to the transfer and validation of analytical methods and procedures. Join our team and enjoy a unique combination of work and life. **What are your responsibilities?** * Lead the development and transfer of methods using advanced analytical techniques, ensuring robust results. * Organize and supervise the work of team analysts, ensuring proper compliance with GMP and applicable regulations. * Review protocols and results of analytical method validations and coordinate laboratory equipment validations. * Carry out project follow-up with a multidisciplinary and international team, participating regularly in meetings. * Monitor, control, and plan stocks of reagents, equipment, laboratory materials, and spare parts, participating in their procurement. * Ensure the use, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment necessary for instrumental analysis. * Perform analysis documentation in accordance with good practice guidelines. * Actively participate in improvement projects and task coordination with the chemical laboratory, including drafting and/or modifying procedures and work instructions as directed by the laboratory manager. * Support the implementation of the initial and ongoing training plan for analysts, providing guidance and support when team members have questions or issues. * Collaborate with the plant's EHS team to implement and ensure compliance with company-wide and laboratory-specific EHS standards, legal requirements, Baxter requirements, and regulations (ISO and OHSAS). **We are looking for professionals who have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field. * Ability to communicate fluently in English. * Experience in analytical method validation and analytical method transfer, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. * Experience in liquid chromatography and mass detection.
