**Objective**
------------
* Conduct individual and group educational interventions with resident youth, promoting the development of personal, social, and autonomy skills for adult and independent life.
* Participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of each youth's individualized educational plan, taking into account their personal and family history, migration process, administrative status, educational background, and future expectations.
* Collaborate with the educational team in planning, implementing, and evaluating socio-educational care and cohabitation activities in the pre-autonomy housing unit.
* Promote the acquisition of healthy lifestyle habits, domestic organization, financial management, cohabitation, conflict resolution, and appropriate use of community resources.
* Support youth in language learning, academic and pre-employment training, socio-labor orientation, and access to educational and occupational resources.
* Accompany and guide youth through administrative regularization processes and access to rights, coordinating with relevant services and professionals.
* Promote youth sociocommunity integration by facilitating their participation in normalized local activities, resources, and spaces.
* Strengthen and expand social support networks, positive role models, and community ties that foster inclusion and emancipation processes.
* Provide educational accompaniment to external services, administrative procedures, institutional appointments, health services, educational programs, or employment-related activities when necessary.
* Conduct educational interventions in conflict situations, fostering cohabitation, communication, and constructive resolution of difficulties within the service.
* Coordinate with public entities, educational centers, social services, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders involved in the comprehensive care of youth.
* Participate in preparing reports, educational records, and other technical documentation arising from socio-educational interventions.
**Profile:**
Mandatory:
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Education or Social Work.
Preferred:
* Experience working with youth from the child protection system.
* Specialized programs for unaccompanied children, adolescents, refugees, or those seeking political asylum.
