Job Summary: NASERTIC seeks a Project Management Technician for I+D+i to autonomously participate in the planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, supervision, and execution of innovation projects. Full-time intensive morning schedule (flexible) **NASERTIC** (Navarra de Servicios y Tecnologías S.A.), a company within the Corporación Pública Empresarial Navarra (CPEN) group and a public entity under the Government of Navarra, attached to the Department of University, Innovation and Digital Transformation, with over 40 years of experience and its **Head Office in Pamplona**, requires a candidate to fill the position of: **I+D+i Project Management Technician, Ref.: 26032** Your mission will be to autonomously carry out technical and/or organizational tasks in the planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, supervision, and execution of projects or activities related to public innovation. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Collaborate in defining I+D+i projects. * Daily management of assigned project(s). * Daily monitoring of project execution (actions, activities, organization according to instructional design, etc.) and coordination of schedules for all involved stakeholders. * Manage digital tools enabled for project development, resolving issues and supporting stakeholders in the project ecosystem during their use of these tools. * Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders involved in the project. * Resolve incidents and problems arising during project implementation. * Monitor project statistics, metrics, and indicators. * Draft necessary reports and records for optimal management of the project(s). * Support project communication management (website content maintenance, surveys, satisfaction reports, etc.). * Participate in collaborative studies, as well as analysis of results, including their definition. * Contribute to synthesizing results and presenting project implementation. * Assist in administrative and financial monitoring of projects. * Analyze the project from a forward-looking perspective; draw conclusions upon project completion, oriented toward continuous improvement for future initiatives and for NASERTIC. * Contribute to drafting tenders. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent knowledge recognized by the company. * Minimum English level B2 (spoken and written). An oral and written test will be conducted. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing I+D+i projects at regional, national, and European levels. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Studies related to I+D+i project management will be valued. * Advanced user-level office software proficiency. * Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). * Specific Navarra Government tools for I+D+i projects. * Specific European Commission tools for I+D+i projects. * Basque language proficiency (B2) will be valued. **Offered:** An attractive opportunity to work for a prestigious organization in Navarra, as part of a highly qualified, committed, and strongly collaborative team.
