




Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary professional to oversee all daily operations, from menu planning and preparation to supervision of assistants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of the kitchen team and daily management of the establishment. 2. Food preparation and cooking, supervising the work of assistants. 3. Stock control, raw materials management, and compliance with hygiene regulations and health registration requirements. We are looking for a person to manage all kitchen operations in Pamplona on a full-time basis. The position requires organizing and supervising daily service, from menu planning to order management, delivery notes, and cost control with suppliers. Comprehensive stock and raw materials monitoring is required, ensuring impeccable storage and preservation at all times. Primary responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, supervising assistants to ensure timely delivery of all tasks. It is essential to monitor that facilities and equipment function properly, maintaining order and cleanliness consistently. All processes must strictly comply with hygiene regulations and health registration requirements. Work schedule runs from Monday to Sunday, following three rotating shifts from 08:00 to 15:00, always respecting legally mandated breaks. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Minimum: Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Cooking and Gastronomy.
