Do you have experience with industrial machinery or HVAC systems? We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join a leading home appliance company in Navarre. You will be responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and to a lesser extent, selling accessories and consumables at professional sites. During the first few months, you will receive on-the-job support and practical training. **Your responsibilities:** * Repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of professional machinery. * Providing technical advice to customers on equipment usage and care. * Selling accessories, consumables, extended warranties, and detergents. * Managing service incidents and alerts through ERP/CRM systems. * Complying with technical and safety regulations. * Reporting product and service quality improvements. **What we offer:** * Salary range: €28,000–31,000 gross annually. * Annual variable pay: Average of €5,000 based on sales of machinery, extended warranties, detergents, and consumables. * Payments: 12 monthly salaries + possibility of an additional half-payment per quarter. * Base location: T Spare parts collection point via SEUR Navarra. * Training: Internal training on gas burners and other products. Initial support and training provided. * Gourmet card: €253/month for meals. * Company laptop and mobile phone. * Life and disability insurance (one annual premium). * Flexible compensation: Health insurance with Cigna (€53/month). * 23 working days of vacation + December 24 and 31 off. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum education: Vocational training (FP) in electronics, electromechanics, or refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Experience: Previous experience in industrial machinery, HVAC, or professional laundry is desirable. * Computer skills: Proficiency with digital tools for incident reporting (ERP/CRM).
