Job Summary: We are seeking operators for the manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbine components, performing lamination, finishing, sanding, and repair of blades. Key Points: 1. Use of tools and manual dexterity valued Operators are needed to join the production team in the wind energy sector, dedicated to the manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbine components. Main responsibilities will include manufacturing wind turbine blades, involving glass fiber lamination, finishing, and sanding. Blade repair tasks will also be carried out to ensure quality and proper functionality of each blade. Good manual dexterity and experience using tools, as well as prior industrial assembly experience, are highly valued. Primary education is required. Full and immediate availability is required to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to Lumbier. Skin diseases or allergies must not be present. Job-specific training will be provided to ensure all staff acquire the necessary skills. Primary education. Minimum experience in the industrial, agricultural, metal, or construction sectors. Personal vehicle mandatory for commuting to Lumbier. Full and immediate availability from Monday to Sunday. Industrial assembly experience and manual dexterity with tools are desirable. No skin or allergic conditions.
