**Description:** ---------------- * Systems Technician (M/F/D) * Location: Navarra, Imárcoain (Postal Code 31119\) * Contract type: Temporary (6 months) \+ possibility of conversion to permanent * Working hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) * Salary: €24,000 – €27,000 gross/year **️ What will you do on a daily basis?** ️ Administer and maintain all organizational servers, operating systems, networks, and IT equipment. Monitor the operation of the technological infrastructure and resolve incidents in coordination with our technology partners. Manage backups, restorations, and ensure service continuity. Implement cybersecurity measures, control access, and monitor potential vulnerabilities. Ensure proper operation of communication networks and connectivity among all branches. Document technical procedures and prepare incident and improvement reports. Participate in and lead software and hardware implementation, upgrade, and migration projects. Coordinate the User Support Center (CAU) to deliver fast, effective, and high-quality service. ️ Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to internal staff, resolving incidents and delivering solutions. Collaborate with various departments across the DISAYT Group to continuously improve technological services and optimize internal processes. **What are we looking for?** At least 2 years’ experience in a Systems or IT Department. Higher Education Degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent. ️ Knowledge of server, network, operating system, hardware, and technical support administration. ️ Experience resolving incidents and providing user support, ensuring agile and high-quality service delivery. Proactive, solution-oriented, and service-minded individual capable of collaborating with teams across the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt to a constantly evolving technological environment. * **We especially value** Experience managing Fortinet, Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, and Oracle tools. * ️ Experience in infrastructure and system implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. ️ Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup management, business continuity, and network administration.
