Opportunity to innovate and continuously improve products **About the Role** You will be responsible for feeding and operating an automatic tissue paper machine, including associated facilities, while monitoring and controlling various process variables and operations. If that’s you, we’d love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Reject or quarantine products failing to meet specifications. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and supervise the process; make adjustments per standards as needed, consulting the Team Leader or Line Leader. * Actively supervise and collaborate during format changeovers, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain accurate communication during shift handover (with both preceding and succeeding shifts). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work according to personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred * Proven experience as an Operator on roll-based production lines * Results-oriented, with experience in continuous production processes * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trustworthiness in peer relationships * Time management skills **Additional Information** * Shift-based work schedule * Integration into a production team **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual—and we empower people to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
