Forklift and Overhead Crane Operator

Description

This position focuses on warehouse activities, including supplying production lines and safely and efficiently operating lifting equipment. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a continuous flow of materials, directly supporting manufacturing and internal logistics operations. Meticulous attention to safety protocols and standard operating procedures is required to prevent accidents and damage to goods. The work environment is dynamic, emphasizing productivity and teamwork to meet daily production targets. Key responsibilities revolve around material handling, warehouse space organization, and basic maintenance of used equipment. Effective communication is essential for reporting incidents and collaborating on logistical process improvements. The operator plays a vital role in the internal supply chain, ensuring materials are available at the right place and time to avoid production interruptions. Additionally, periodic inventory participation and assistance in stock management are expected, always under supervision and in accordance with operational management guidelines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, organized into morning and afternoon shifts, enabling stable weekly scheduling.
