Job Summary: MTorres is seeking a PM Offer Engineer to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in the aerospace sector, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a technology-leading company with professional development opportunities. **MTorres**, an industrial group specialized in advanced technologies for developing innovative solutions in the automation of highly complex industrial processes, requires: **PM Offer Engineer, Ref.: 25103** Reporting to the Aerospace Business Offers Director, the candidate will join the \-Single Offers Office\- department as Project Manager for assigned projects, managing the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and coordinating involved teams. **Main Responsibilities and Functions**: * Lead the development of machinery project proposals for the aerospace sector: \- Requirements analysis \- Product/Equipment definition \- Cost and schedule estimation \- Preparation of proposal deliverables * Internally lead and coordinate required activities with various involved departments (Costing, Manufacturing Systems, Packaging Systems, etc.) to meet customer needs, establishing effective communication to optimize proposal development. * Maintain and update documentation associated with the Offers procedure, supporting Product Managers in configuring standard products. * Support Product Managers in preparing and executing customer tests/demonstrations. * Support the Commercial team in presenting and defending proposals to customers. * Monitor and analyze submitted proposals. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience managing industrial projects. * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; **SAP is desirable**, Power BI. * English proficiency at C1 level. * Occasional availability for international travel. **We offer**: Join a leading Technology and Development company, working within a collaborative team that encourages idea exchange, proactivity, and professional growth, and which provides an attractive integration and continuous training plan.
