Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a professional for high-level technical problem diagnosis and resolution, spare parts management, and technical support for R&D. Key Responsibilities: 1. High-level technical problem diagnosis and resolution. 2. Technical support for R&D and group subsidiaries. 3. Preparation of technical reports and instructions. **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to hire a professional preferably holding a Higher Education Degree or Engineering Degree, with specialization in electronics/electrical engineering/renewable energy. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnose and resolve high-level technical problems for internal and external customers, both national and international * Manage spare parts requirements for internal and external customers, both national and international * Prepare technical reports * Provide technical support to R&D in identifying and resolving high-level incidents * Prepare technical instructions and manuals * Provide technical support to group subsidiaries * Manage Retrofits indicated by R&D * Conduct technical meetings with customers **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering degree, specialization in electronics/electrical engineering/renewable energy * Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) * Willingness to travel (national and international scope) * Driver's license category B1 * *Preferred qualifications:* * 2 years of experience in technical support and/or continuous improvement of power electronic converters * Knowledge of Power Electronics At **Ingeteam**, we value diversity and facilitate the inclusion of people with disabilities.
