**About the Role** We are recruiting for a Paper Manufacturing Operator position at our plant in Allo (Navarra). If this is you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications by conducting periodic tests. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOP, CIL, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Provide support functions in the paper manufacturing process according to established standards. * Supervise and actively collaborate during grade changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (previous and next shift). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in the entry and reporting of data generated during production. * Work according to personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred * Proven experience as an Operator on roll lines * Results-oriented in continuous production process work * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Time management **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term relief contract * Shift-based work schedule * Integration into a productive team At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential in a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
