Opportunity to advance after-sales digitalization processes **About the Job:** As a Service Digitalization Specialist, you will focus on the new energy vehicle (NEV) aftersales sector, providing system solutions and support to front\-line teams and dealers. You will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and integration of key systems such as DMS (Dealer Management System), SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and OMS (Order Management System), ensuring a smooth digital transformation of after\-sales services. Your work will improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting BYD and its Dealers in advancing their after\-sales digitalization processes. **Main responsibilities:** * **Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:** Gain an in\-depth understanding of after\-sales business processes, gather and analyze system requirements from front\-line teams and dealers, and design corresponding solutions. * **System Integration and Implementation**: Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, etc. * **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Data within the system to provide decision\-making support for front\-line teams and management.
