This professional will contribute to the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Main Requirements: * Solid production experience with Ruby on Rails (mid-to-senior level). * Strong understanding of MVC architecture and backend best practices. * Experience designing and using service layers to manage business logic. * Practical knowledge of React and modern frontend development concepts. * Experience with Docker for development and/or deployment. * Familiarity with Elasticsearch or equivalent search technologies. * Ability to work with modular and scalable codebases. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. * Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (spoken and written) – B2 level. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with access management systems, identity systems, or approval mechanisms. * Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture principles. * Experience building enterprise-scale or large-scale applications.
