Job Summary: We are seeking a construction laborer to assist with daily site tasks, including preparation and maintenance of the worksite, as well as various foundation and finishing activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in daily construction tasks. 2. Support in preparing and maintaining the worksite. 3. Assistance in foundation work and installation of prefabricated elements. We are seeking a construction laborer to assist with daily site tasks. Main duties will include supporting skilled workers in preparing and maintaining the worksite, performing tasks such as cutting materials, demolishing structures, leveling and backfilling ground, drilling, installing conduit for cables, compacting soil, manual excavation, and grading terrain. The role also requires mixing concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum, cement, and lime—both manually and using machinery. Additionally, support will be provided in foundation work and in the installation of prefabricated elements, claddings, enclosures, tiling, flooring, and paving. A valid Class B driving license is required; prior experience of at least 6 months in a similar position is preferred. Candidates must reside in the municipality of Navia or its surrounding areas. The contract is permanent and full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. Remuneration will comply with the Construction Industry Collective Agreement.
