What is the expected outcome?** We are looking for professionals to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aerospace components. You will join a young and multidisciplinary team working on significant long-term projects within the civil aviation and defense industries. Your main responsibilities will be: * Definition of manufacturing processes for new components + - Generate solid models for the different stages of the process. - Create work instructions and guidelines for executing the new processes. * Define and implement necessary improvements to industrialize the product: reduction of times and costs due to poor quality. Provide production support and continuous process improvement. * **What profile are we looking for?** * A professional interested in working in a production environment and in highly complex manufacturing processes, with communication skills to coordinate across different disciplines. * Education: Higher or Medium Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Required experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM…), as well as data analysis capabilities and coordination and communication skills. * Required knowledge: + Knowledge of 3D part modeling and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX), as well as product lifecycle management software (PLM, preferably Teamcenter) and SAP. * Languages: Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written (preferably C1). * Personal skills: + Proactivity. + Teamwork ability.
