Power BI Developer

At Timestamp, we are seeking a Power BI Developer to participate in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics projects. We are looking for a technical profile with experience in developing Power BI solutions, solid knowledge of DAX and Power Query, experience in data modeling, and the ability to work with diverse data sources and deployment processes. #### **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent education. **Experience** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions. * Demonstrable experience working with Power BI. #### **Technical Skills** * Experience in designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards. * Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M). * Experience in data modeling and creating complex relationships. * Ability to create advanced calculations and measures using DAX. * Experience in optimizing report and model performance, including: + Power BI Performance Analyzer. + Cardinality reduction. + Model optimization. * Knowledge of Power BI security features, including: + Row\-Level Security (RLS). + Object\-Level Security (OLS). * Experience integrating data from various sources: + SQL. + APIs. + Azure. * Experience publishing and maintaining reports in Power BI Service. * Knowledge of Git and version control. * Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. #### **Tools** Experience with the following tools is especially valued: * Tabular Editor, for model management and optimization, and automation via scripts. * PBIP/PBIR, for preparing artifacts intended for deployment pipelines. * Power BI performance optimization and monitoring tools. * Git and change control tools. #### **Responsibilities** * Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Create and optimize efficient data models. * Develop measures, calculations, and business logic using DAX. * Integrate information from multiple data sources. * Implement RLS and OLS security mechanisms. * Analyze and improve report and model performance. * Publish, administer, and maintain solutions in Power BI Service. * Use Tabular Editor for model management, optimization, and automation. * Prepare PBIP/PBIR artifacts for deployment processes. * Collaborate in CI/CD, versioning, and change control processes. * Work jointly with other technical and functional teams to ensure correct solution implementation.
