Therefore, we seek **inquisitive individuals**, **motivated by challenges and eager to grow both personally and professionally**, who will join our team to make a **positive impact** on the world through technology. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Java Backend Developer**, you will join a specialized **Software Development** team, among many other responsibilities, developing mobile apps (whether native, hybrid, or multi-platform frameworks), large-scale integration services and backends (on-premise or cloud-based using AWS, Azure, or Google technologies), large-scale web applications, etc. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance, based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary developments and new projects. We handle all necessary layers, from conceptualization and design to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We advocate multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as backend (.NET, Node.js, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML+JS+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively valued. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for administering, configuring, managing, and optimizing the platform’s lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities. * Analyzing platform usage data, customer feedback, and other KPIs to evaluate product performance and propose improvements. * Collaborating with the development team to define requirements and ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. * Participating in planning and prioritization of new features and enhancements. * Monitoring platform performance and recommending actions to improve its competitiveness and profitability. * Managing documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials. * Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the company to resolve issues and gather valuable feedback. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Degree in Software Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Application Development. * Good level of English (e.g., Cambridge First Certificate or equivalent). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in platform management, development, and implementation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
