Because we believe that, to build a better future, we must first do so with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your role will be pivotal in defining and developing the electromechanical design of new products, as well as redesigning industrialized products. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Design and develop mechanical components, structures, enclosures, mechanisms, and actuation systems for medium-voltage equipment, participating in new product and technological solution development projects. * Perform simulations and analyses of mechanical, structural, and thermal behavior of components and equipment using advanced calculation and simulation tools—including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), thermo-fluid dynamic studies (CFD), and multiphysics analyses oriented toward product development. * Actively participate in prototyping, validation, and testing phases of developed products, contributing to verification of functional, mechanical, thermal, and reliability requirements. * Collaborate in defining, industrializing, and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, safety, and productivity requirements. * Provide technical support to the Industrial Area and other organizational departments in continuous improvement projects, incident resolution, product adaptation, and optimization of designs and processes. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Mechanical Design, Machine Mechanics, or Product Development. * 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design and development of industrial products. * **Precision and Attention to Detail:** You’ll follow well-defined technical procedures where your ability to detect errors or ensure correct assembly will make the difference. * **Basic Knowledge of Tools and Software:** Solid expertise in mechanical engineering, mechanics of materials, mechanism design, material selection, and manufacturing processes. * Experience in developing industrial equipment or capital goods will be valued. Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD design tools is required, along with experience in simulation and calculation tools for product development—especially structural, thermal, and multiphysics analysis. * Familiarity with the ANSYS ecosystem (Mechanical, Fluent, or equivalent tools) and mechanical design-oriented modeling and simulation tools will be considered an advantage. In addition, experience in metallic fabrication, sheet metal work, machining, welding, surface treatments, and assembly of electromechanical assemblies is required.
