Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Construction Site Manager to serve as Project Manager for public and civil construction projects, with responsibilities in leadership, coordination, and management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the planning and execution of construction works. 2. Coordinate work teams and manage on-site resources. 3. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. A company based in Cornellà del Terri is looking to hire a Civil Engineer or Construction Site Manager for its technical department to perform Project Manager duties in public and civil construction projects, primarily in the fields of electrical installations, public lighting, water networks, and optical fiber networks. ✔️ Lead and supervise the planning and execution of construction works. ✔️ Define objectives, deadlines, and required resources to ensure proper project development. ✔️ Maintain smooth communication with clients, supervising engineers, and other involved parties. ✔️ Manage client expectations and monitor them throughout the project. ✔️ Coordinate work teams and supervise tasks carried out on site. ✔️ Manage material and human resources, as well as control costs and budget. ✔️ Ensure compliance with established quality standards. ✔️ Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. ✔️ Supervise and validate completed works until final handover of the project. ✔️ Prepare budgets and technical documentation for tenders. ✔️ Perform verification and validation of electrical and hydraulic calculations. * Experience: 1 year. Experience: 1 year in similar roles * BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Salary: €30\-45,000 gross/year.
