Basic training in maintenance, electromechanics, or related fields is required, along with prior experience in similar tasks. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is required. A driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred; office software skills are not mandatory. Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. Initial standard working hours to facilitate learning, progressing to a concentrated shift schedule. Continuous training and remuneration aligned with experience and competencies.
