Administrative Assistant for a supermarket chain in Girona. We seek to hire an organized and proactive individual for the administrative department within a dynamic and friendly team. Responsibilities include entering delivery notes and invoices, archiving documents, managing store incidents, and covering reception duties as needed. Prior administrative experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with training as an Administrative Assistant or related fields, advanced office software skills, and possession of a Class B driving license and personal vehicle. A temporary contract is offered for the months of June, July, and August, with fixed working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, both including a 30-minute lunch break.
