**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Forestry Foremen/Forewomen (Training Contract) \- UPIF (Alicante) **Workplace** -------------------- * Alacant/Alicante **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule work activities together with the supervisor, being responsible for project progress and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout work. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign off on required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Coordinate the team in carrying out assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, quality, fire prevention, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper storage of materials and performance of cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as requiring additional information contained in the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a vocational training qualification (FPI/CFGM or FPII/CFGS) or a Professional Certification Level 2 or 3 in the specialty enabling performance of the job’s duties (forestry sector), officially recognized in Spain. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driver’s license type B, currently in force. * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (i.e., no more than 3 years have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if disability certification is provided; nor may a prior training/practice contract linked to the same qualification exceeding six months have been previously formalized). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Training for Construction (50 or 60 hours); equivalency may also be established via PRL trainings specified in the National Construction Collective Agreement. * Specific and/or complementary training in forestry machinery (chainsaws, aerial pruning, and brush clearing). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Specific and/or complementary training of at least 2,000 hours in the forestry field. * Proficiency in user-level applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite: (Word, Excel, Drive and/or Access) **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period opens today, 14/08/2026, and closes on 31/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). Offered: A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months’ duration, extendable for an additional 6 months, if applicable. Should a training/practice contract be formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the advertised position, involving tasks appropriate to that qualification, thereby enabling acquisition of professional practice aligned with the candidate’s academic level.
