Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, monitor utility consumption, and ensure the safe operation of equipment in a hotel. Senator Hotels \& Resorts requires a **Technical Services Assistant** for our **Hotel Montanyà**, located in **Seva (Barcelona).** **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Assist in executing assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks under supervision. * Conduct tests and inspections following established protocols to ensure safe equipment operation. * Monitor basic utilities consumption (water, electricity, gas) and report incidents exceeding your scope of responsibility. * Provide basic technical support to customers and employees regarding the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record and report any incident affecting the proper functioning of facilities. * Comply with applicable safety procedures and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety and Legionella). * Represent and uphold the brand image and values of the company in all actions. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in Electricity, Automation, or related field. * Knowledge of energy consumption monitoring. * Prior experience of 1–2 years in general maintenance or as a technical assistant is desirable, preferably in a hospitality environment. **What do we offer?** * Full-time position. * Permanent contract. * Genuine opportunities for **growth** and **development** within SHR. * **Exclusive benefits** for employees: discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements… and much more!
