A stable company in the **industrial machinery** sector is seeking to hire an **Automation and Control Programmer/Engineer**, with experience in industrial environments and specialization in automation and control software development for the **pharmaceutical or related regulated sectors**. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, programming, and standardization of automation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations as well as company and industry standards. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the internal technical reference in this field, closely collaborating with the technical team to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable automation solutions based on standardized programming practices—easily replicable and adaptable to future modifications. * Collaborate technically with key clients to gain deep insight into their requirements and translate those needs into innovative, scalable automation and supervision solutions. * Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and specialized software tools for industrial automation and supervision, ensuring implemented solutions remain at the forefront and ready for digital transformation. Reports to the Operations Manager * REQUIREMENTS * Degree in **Automation Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Computer Science, or related field**. * **3–5 years of experience** programming PLCs, SCADAs, and DCS systems in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated sectors. * **Advanced proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, AVEVA System Platform, SQL, and reporting services**. * Knowledge of ISA\-88 automation standards and software validation. * Technical English proficiency, fluent. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience integrating **MES systems**. * Programming in high-level languages (**Python, C\#**). * Knowledge of **IoT and Industry 4\.0**.
