Join the team and advance your career at a company offering growth opportunities where you can make a difference—and no two days are ever the same. **About the role** We are seeking a **Systems Lighting Validation Engineer (Interior and Exterior)** for our Sant Esteve de Sesrovires center, responsible for ensuring mechanical and functional validation of components throughout various project phases. **Key responsibilities:** * Definition and tracking of the validation plan. * Supervision and analysis of tests performed by suppliers. * Conducting photometric, thermal, sealing, chemical, vibration, and other mechanical tests. * Preparation of test reports and component release (BMG and K). * Management and tracking of non-conformities with suppliers. * Technical analysis of modifications during the validation phase. * Preparation of project status reports and presentations. * Execution of vehicle tests in climate chambers, IDIADA test tracks, Summer/Winter tests, rain tests, and nighttime test drives. * Tracking and closure of issues post-BMG. **Your profile** **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering—or equivalent. * Experience in automotive component validation and testing. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and experience working with suppliers. * Technical English proficiency is valued.
